Prototype of a 105mm Howitzer....I have a mock up built - about 1/4 actual size - looks fine for an airsoft prop. Might be able to incorporate it into game objectives some time. Still refining it as it started out in the garage on a whim.

Okay.. two questions

1. Do you have pictures?
2. Would you be able to bring it to the April 24th game? I realize that it's an Allied Arti but I have a mission setup to knock out some German Mortar but if you could bring the Howitzer it will same me some time mocking something up that will most likely look like crap anyway.

Hey Guys,

I will try to get some pics of it tomorrow for you. If I can arrange transportation for it, I will bring it.

Otherwise, I have one mortor mockup - tried to make it a potato cannon type firing model - still in progress. I have materials enough to make up one or two more, if I can get enough time to cut and piece them together.

Let me arrange with pics of each tommorrow first. You can advise what you prefer. My truck got written off before x-mas so space is an issue...

make an account on www.photobucket.com

Upload them to that, then paste the IMG code to this forum and we can see them.

If you can't bring the 105 but you can bring the mortars that would be great.

105mm Howitzer - well all 2264 kilograms of it. This I want to see. Too bad we could not scramble together the 75mm Pack Howitzer. As both American and British Airborne Artillery units used them.
