THE MUSKOKA BLACK WOLVES would like to invite you to........

In early 1943, Two Polish slave workers from Peenemunde's Camp Trassenheide, provided complete enough intelligence on the V1 and V2 rocket factory to British Intelligence, through Partisan units, to plan what was to become "Operation Crossbow". The British immediately made plans for "Operation Hydra", a bombing on the the living quarters of workers and scientists. The raid unfortunately resulted in killing 815 workers, mostly POW's. There was factory damage done as well, but, the SS did not let the workers seek shelter during the bombing. Production continued on a smaller scale with production now being done at numerous uncentralized sites. Peenemunde suffered 3 more bombings the next year being suspected of producing hydrogen peroxide. Unfortunately the 2 Polish Gentlemen died.

Our game is an alternate reality. In our scenario, the Allies send in a Force of Paratroopers, alongside Partisan forces, as well as a Russian, English, Scottish and Canadian Units. This small Allied army is to destroy enemy units, free POW's and Partisans, as well as obliterate the Rocket Factory. The SS, alongside Wermacht, and Fallschirmjaeger will do their best to prevent this from happening.

The game will be played at "Muskoka Primary", near Bracebridge. This game will be a go from Friday till Sunday. You will be in character the whole time you are there.....Except for comunal fire on Saturday night. You are encouraged to eat and sleep in the field. Make Camp. This is a bring your own food event although we will have some sort of soup, etc. available for a while anyway, eaten and made in the field. This is the warning order...watch it alot as it will be added too.

We prefer no modern camo as this is a Level 2 event. (WWII Impression required, however, complete kit authenticity is not enforced. Modern weapon may be used but WWII weapon rules will be enforced) If modern camo is all you have...it's the thought that counts. OD Camo was worn by both sides so try to at least go with something like that.

If you MUST use a armalite, it must be stripped of all modern gizmos. No lasers, red dots of any kind....hunting style scopes are allowed. I really really would prefer this be a high-cap free event, but I would not stop someone from using it if thats all they have. It is in the spirit of the game too be as close as you "can" to period uniforms. Maybe camo up your gun with material. Rifles are no problem. We are toying with the idea of ALL modern guns being shot in semi only. Except for period weapons. AK47's look very close to MP44 subguns, so they will be granted full auto. This game is a WW2 simulation. WW2 players put ALOT of money and effort into their uniforms, so lets try to respect the "era", and not wear anything too goofie.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by field staff at which point you will be registered and game fee will be collected. From that point you will be instructed to place all of your gear and equipment onto the transport vehicle which will take you and your gear to your main base of operations. There will be Axis and Allied transports. You will be in game as soon as you step out of your vehicles.

Arrival Time For Friday Night: Anytime after 5pm

Re-enforcement transports will also be provided for those arriving Saturday morning.

Directions:

The field is located east of Bracebridge, Ontario, off of highway 118.

The driveway has a green rural number sign, address #3481 on it.

Exact GPS Coordinates are: N 45°00.404' , W079°01.262' at Elevation: 1019ft

The property is located approximately 24.3k east of the Highway 118 Exit off Highway 11. It's on the left hand side of the road if you are eastbound.

Exact GPS Coordinates are: N 45°00.404' , W079°01.262' at Elevation: 1019ft

Traveling from Toronto, we recommend you take the 400 to Highway 11 north, and get off at 118 and go east 24.3km to the sign and turn into the driveway.

*FOR ALL*
If possible I would ask you all to please indicate which day you will be arriving in your confirmed posts Fri / Sat.

Example:
Titan - In / Fri.

This will help us to better organizing the evening.

Thank you.

Cost looks to be 40 bux, including Fri - Sun camping.

Are you going to have uniform restrictions? When we hold an event we post one of three levels. Level 3 - anyone welcome and we encourage that they try to put something that looks like a WWII uniform together but not necessary. Level 2 - some form of WWII uniform is needed - doesn't have to be complete. Level 1 - 90 to 100% complete and period weapons only

Yeah, we talked it up as much as possible at the Airsoft Convention. I think you will see more numbers sign up from our group in a couple more weeks once everyone gets a better idea what there schedule is like.

I want as many of Easy Coy there as possible... so sign up Troopers... that's an order! And we can't do it without our Brit friends.
