I would like to start off by thanking everyone that came out. We had a late start but by the time everyone was ready to take the field there was 34 players... not including General Sutton. I think it was a great turn out and a good day all around. The weather held out until 3:00/3:15 and then it came down hard. I think everyone did well with the Medic rules and there were no issues that I was aware of. The skeeters were big and plenty of them but as long as you had bug juice on, you were alright... at least I was... I know that some others were not so lucky.

So, the out come of the game...

Allies
- were able to establish a CP
- they captured a map showing where Gen. Sutton would be moved to be transported to Berlin. (we were able to read the markings before the rain washed them off the map)
- I believe that we attacked the first hiding place early in the day if I'm not mistaken. It was hard to tell when the General is buried under a pile of leafs Smile
- The Americans took heavy casualties.
- They were not able to rescue the General (Not that we didn't try... but it was hard to mount an attack with only two people... Thanks, Glenn for sticking with me in the pouring rain)

Axis
- were able to move the General to all three locations
- they were able to secure the final position and transport the General to Berlin. (mind you I think we may have to submit a complaint in regard to the General's treatment. Throwing a pile of leafs and a tire on the General is not in the Geneva Convention on how to treat a POW. Not to mention that he complained all the way home;-))
- The Germans took heavy casulties.

Over all... it would be a victory for the Germans.

Again, thanks for coming out and I hope everyone had a good time. I did not take too many pics but I will do my best to get them up in the next day or two.

See you all at the next one.

I really enjoyed the scenario and found the rules worked just fine.

Having to move the general on time and to specific points on the map really helped us focus a strategy for a number of reasons. I find one of the biggest problems in many airsoft games is that players veer off course because they have no clear purpose or instructions to follow. This did not occur on Sun.

Thanks to Crash as well for leading the Axis to a smashing victory.

Lee If I stay 5 more minutes on guard duty I would have captured you.

I was just where you came from, grr it would've been awsome to lead 2 prisoners to HQ.
