I have recently arranged access to a large woodland field adjoining to crown land in an area north of Peterborough. It is about a 2 hour drive from Toronto.

The property has a 3 acre pond, Fully service House/ Cabin, Barn and shed.

I have full access to all of the above and unfettered use of the property.

I may be able to purchase this property in the future, but that is at this time uncertain, the owner does not want to part with it yet.

The field is about 140 acres, adjoining thousands of acres.

Access , starts as of yesterday.

I plan on using this property for games next season.

We can use this land for training, retreats, camp outs , whatever

Very cool! Any roadways? If it's out in no man's land... would blank firing tacticals be possible?

I plan to blast away with shotguns and NR rifles there .. so I can't see why BF would be a problem.

It is always good to hear of a new field not too far away. Do you plan on building it up in any specific way or leaving it as more of a natural setting? If yes are there any restrictions?

It will be woodland, I can't do any building on the land, yet
